Their deep interest in mental health, safeguarding, and community wellbeing led them to join the Pocket Rockets Cleaning Rescue franchise — not only for its specialist biohazard services, but for its core values: trauma-informed care, non-judgement, discretion, and meaningful support for people in crisis.
They are CPD trained in Mental Health First Aid, Safeguarding, Hoarding Awareness, and Biohazard Cleaning and Decontamination. They bring kindness, empathy, and a calm, respectful presence to every situation — no matter how sensitive, complex, or distressing.
