About this location
Hi, we are Lucy and Nicola! Having built a successful cleaning business over a number of years with outstanding levels of service, we decided the time was right to move into more specialised cleaning throughout Greater Manchester.
With the support of Jo & Vicki and the wider Pocket Rockets family, we continue providing excellent customer service with a non-judgemental approach and guaranteed confidentiality — always delivered with compassion, care and respect.
Lucy has vast experience managing a cleaning company and building excellent customer relationships. Nicola has a passion for cleaning, and after 20 years in the NHS decided a new venture was needed. Our business is built on integrity, honesty and transparency. We have both completed extensive CPD-accredited Biohazard and Crime Scene cleaning training with the Ultima Cleaning Academy, plus Asbestos awareness, pest control at a crime scene, COSHH, Fire Safety and Electrical Safety.
We operate a 24/7 emergency response and arrange planned works. Our services include but are not limited to:
