Hi, I am Claire, the South Lincolnshire franchisee for Pocket Rockets biohazard cleaning. I bring over 10 years’ experience in the cleaning industry and more than 5 years working with children’s services and vulnerable adults.
My background includes hands-on work within independent-living settings, care homes and a dementia ward, working closely alongside social workers, CAMHS, landlords and support services. This has given me a strong understanding of safeguarding, mental health and sensitive living situations, allowing me to approach every job with professionalism, empathy and discretion.
I am CPD-accredited in biohazard cleaning and decontamination and fully trained to manage complex and challenging environments safely, with specialist training in mental health and hoarding situations — every clean carried out respectfully and without judgement.
