Hi, I’m Louise. My background was in the financial industry, but in recent years I decided on a complete change of career. I am now biohazard trained and welcome any job you need help with — unattended deaths, welfare cleans, needle sweeping, end-of-tenancy cleans and more.
My work sits within the specialist field of biohazard and extreme cleaning — a sector that requires not only technical expertise but a deep understanding of dignity, safety and discretion. I support individuals, families, housing providers, landlords, local authorities and professional organisations by restoring properties affected by traumatic, hazardous or extreme conditions. Every environment is treated with respect, care and professionalism.
This includes trauma-scene remediation following serious injury, suicide or violent incidents; decontamination of properties affected by unattended deaths, hoarding, flooding, sewage and severe neglect; and drug paraphernalia and clinical-waste removal, including the safe disposal of sharps and contaminated materials in full compliance with regulations. My approach combines specialist products, advanced equipment and strict PPE protocols to remove risk at a microscopic level — each job begins with a detailed risk assessment and ends with a fully sanitised, safe and habitable space.
While the work is technical, it is also deeply human. Professionalism always comes first, but empathy is never absent — my role is not just to clean a space, but to help bring back a sense of order, safety and dignity when it is most needed. My services are always fulfilled with confidentiality and compassion, without judgement.
