About this location
Welcome to Pocket Rockets West Midlands — we are Mat, Rhys, James and Sue. We have come together from different industries to form one of the first Pocket Rockets franchises, combining our backgrounds and experience to provide a professional, non-judgemental service.
Mat co-owned and ran a very successful domiciliary care agency, requiring excellent care delivered with total discretion. Rhys spent 11 years in the motor industry, rising to Brand Ambassador, bringing strong sales, customer service and attention to detail. Husband-and-wife team James and Sue bring over 30 years of cleaning experience: Sue’s knowledge of products and processes and James, our resident engineer, keeping all equipment maintained to the highest standards.
We have all completed extensive CPD-accredited Biohazard and Crime Scene cleaning training with the Ultima Cleaning Academy, plus professional mould removal and prevention, pest control at a crime scene, and asbestos awareness.
We operate a 24/7 emergency response and arrange planned works. Our services include but are not limited to:
